Questions
What is therapy like?
Therapy is a space where you can talk openly, explore what you’re going through, and begin to understand yourself more clearly.
It’s not about being judged or “fixed”—it’s about building awareness, learning practical skills, and finding steadiness through life’s challenges.
How do I get started
You can schedule through one of the platforms I work with, such as Headway, Rula, or Grow Therapy.
Links are available throughout the site to help you get connected.
Is my information secure with you?
Yes. Your privacy and confidentiality are a priority.
Information shared in therapy is kept secure and used only to support your care, within legal and ethical guidelines.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 50–60 minutes, depending on the platform and your needs.
How often will we meet?
Most people start with weekly sessions. As progress is made, sessions may become less frequent based on your goals and needs.
What issues do you help with?
Support is available for concerns such as PTSD, OCD, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth.
What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?
It’s okay to be unsure. The first session is an opportunity to ask questions, get a feel for the process, and decide if it’s a good fit for you.
Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
Sessions are provided through secure online platforms, allowing you to attend from a comfortable and private space.
Do you take insurance?
Insurance coverage depends on the platform used (Headway, Rula, or Grow Therapy). Each platform will show your options and any costs before scheduling.
